The Quality Management System was developed in response to customer and industry requirements. Accreditation to FAA Advisory Circular AC 00-56, was first achieved by demonstration of compliance with ASA-100 in March 10, 1997.

The Quality Management System has changed as the requirements of our customers and industry have changed. Registration to the ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001 standard was first achieved June 16, 1999.

With an emphasis upon management leadership, internal audit and verification, and continuous improvement, the quality system provided for continuous improvements to meet or exceed our customer's contract requirements. Our past efforts have been rewarded by our Registrar, with an Award of Excellence for 2 consecutive years of surveillance audits with no discrepancies noted.

Recognition of increasing quality standards of our customers and industry has motivated us to seek compliance with SAE/EN/SJAC AS9120. Compliant to the standard, we are awaiting a compliance audit and certification.

The Quality Management System Manual specifies minimum quality system requirements applicable to its business scope as a distributor of rotable and expendable aircraft parts. The quality management system is designed to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
